Delivery
We will aim to send out UK orders within one working day, and for you to receive it within 3 working days. For international orders it may take up to 7-10 working days for you to receive your order. All orders will be sent out by Royal Mail either 24hr special delivery or 1st class recorded – please note that the parcel will need to be signed for or collected from your local depot, so best to give an address that will have someone there to sign.
Returns Policy
In the event you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for a full refund or exchange within 28 days of receipt of your item. In the unlikely event there is a fault with your item we will arrange a refund or exchange. Please note that a refund can only be given once the item has been returned to us, please do so within 28 working days. We recommend returning the item by tracked delivery such as Royal Mail 24 hour special delivery, or by courier. If you are returning a faulty item we will refund your postage within reasonable cost for this.
Cancellations
If you would like to cancel an order, please notify us within 24hrs of placing your order and we will refund your purchase.

Silk scarves – including silk chiffon scarves and silk twill scarves – 100% silk, dry clean only, cool iron, do not hand wash, do not tumble dry. Please not the fabric the fabric is delicate so take care with zips or sharp jewellery.
